“This past week we were traveling I-10 to San Antonio with our travel trailer, I noticed a bad vibration coming from the trailer, pulled over to find 2 tires that the belts had broke and were separated. We called Luling tire at 5:05 ( he closes at 5) he answers the phone and tells us to come on he has what we need. He fixed us up in no time and was happy to help. So lucky and happy we found them. Great service and Thank you again!!”

“Josh Crouch, sales manager Ryan, and Johnnie Gonzalez were absolutely fantastic! I could not ask for a better experience. I walked out of a dealership closer to where I live because I was dismissed by the salesman and treated like I didn't matter at all. Not so at Luling Chevrolet Buick GMC. ALL these men treated me with the utmost respect, listened to me, and were exceptional with their communication with me. What they said they would do, they did. I so appreciate that in a company. When I went to pick up the car, Josh Crouch gave me the attention I needed, answered every question, and was so helpful, even though I was keeping him past closing time--he never made me feel rushed. All of them had such positive attitudes and seemed like they enjoyed their job! What a great experience!”

“I stopped in, Friday at 4:50 PM, as an out of towner.... pleading for AC help. Tony greeted me with a smile, had me pull in a bay and got me fixed up. I asked how much and he said don't worry about it. I pleaded with him to let me pay him and he finally did. “I got stranded at Buc ee’s in Luling Texas. I called Jorge and he informed me he could take a look at it so I added water to the radiator and drove as quickly as I could. He’s shop was only 8 minutes away. I got there and he diagnosed my truck confirming my thought on the radiator cap but also informing of my fan not working as well so he fixed it for me within a decent time and got me back on the road to SA.
His price was reasonable for the service he provided and gave me a warranty on the service and part. He even stated he work ship the fan if it broke.
