Everyone communicated with me throughout the process and ensured that I was happy with the work. There was a slight delay when the team inspected the work and discovered something else that needed to be addressed. This resulted in a slight delay in getting my car back but I really appreciated how their first concern was making sure my car would be safe and functional for an upcoming road trip. They also threw in a coupon for a free detail job as compensation for the very small delay. I will be taking my family's vehicles here for future work because I was really satisfied with the prices, the communication, the customer service and ultimately the actual work done.”

“by 8 a.m. there were already two cars in front of me so I had to wait. The thing was that they gave me a heads up and I knew what to expect. I had called several other places and they told me to bring it in and they would get to it right away, but when I let them know I only had an hour because I had an appointment afterwards they told me I should schedule it for another day. all three places like called said the same thing so it sounded like they like they wanted the business but we're going to keep me waiting longer. I appreciated the fact that Quick Align was up front.”

“I purchased a 2013 RAV4 for my daughter to drive to work. The test drive didn't reveal a faulty torque converter. Toyota's recall had expired and the dealer's price was excessive. I thought that a transmission repair shop would be the best option. I contacted Riley's and was very happy with the results. Joan asked significant questions and advised me of possible additional services that may be required. Fortunately, the torque converter was all that needed to be replaced. Joan kept me informed and they finished the job in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.”
