West Frank Street Lufkin Tx Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Very Rude cashier at front register. He Insisted we had to self check out. There wasn’t any other customer’s in the store, but he refused to check us out.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, particularly in the pharmacy. The older gentleman has been the only nice one that works in the pharmacy. Everyone else that works there is incredibly rude, for no particular reason. It’s probably for the best that they’re closing and people won’t have to experience their rudeness... read full comment

If I could give it less than one star I could. Associates are rude and the pharmacy staff never has prescriptions on time. I have had to wait days for a prescription. The lines are always long and the pharmacist never has time to talk to you about your prescription.
