“Clean store and clean parking area. Friendly staff. Found quite few deals on Gap items and fresh fruits. If you happen to do deliveries here, the back of the store can be accessed from the Walmart side ( from 59, turn right on BW Xing, cross Bentwood dr followed by a light left and than a right into the last drive so you can pass the "pick up area" in order to follow the drive around the store to the docs.”

“Brookshire's is another Texan institution! They're located in small places larger corporate chains ignore as well as the Beeg City. This location is always well stocked, clean and friendly, just like every other BB's I've been to. Also, they actually and to a large extent support local schools and charities in each community where they locate. Choose them over the Wally World locations which are getting dirtier and worse since having nearly monopolized the country's grocery and local markets.”

“This pharmacy is not in a hurry to have you in and out in a timely fashion. We have been sitting here for 30 mins waiting for a covid test and we were sitting at the window. No communication to what’s going on. They just leave you sitting there.9/21 11:15 appointment for covid testing.The lady working the service window was wonderful!! Very prompt, helpful, and kept us in the loop with with timing. This is how it’s done, appreciate it!”

“While I was in the Lufkin area today, I ran into the Lufkin Sam’s to find an item that’s sold out in the Houston area. I was immediately greeted by some managers (I assume). I asked if they had the item in stock. They did, and I bought it. That’s worth 5 stars alone; BUT the employees were SO nice! The man who helped me (mid age, black, roundish, bald man) was the nicest!!!! The man who got me a flat cart, the cashier girl, the other manager (Nick, bc the man who helped me kept calling him by name) - everyone!!!! Why can’t all the Sam’s be as helpful and friendly!!! THE MAN helped me all the way to my car, and loaded it up. He refused to take my money (let me tip him) for all his help - but said if I liked their service, I could leave a review. I wish all shopping experiences were even half as good! God bless them!”
