“Had my front bumper repaired. Great service, the staff was friendly, explained my options, I could leave my car their until the part came in or I could bring it back once the parts arrived. My car was repaired within a couple of weeks. Staff called me and gave me weekly updates and would leave a detailed message with their name when I was not available to talk. “My experiences with We Fix Em have been excellent.The employees, owners are all very courteous. The mechanics were hand picked to insure quality staff.The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The costs were reasonable too.My only problem is that I am a 75yr old handicapped female. There isn’t a sufficient handicapped access regarding parking and then walking into the building. There is a concrete steep( to me) handicap style ramp entrance.My concern regarding falling is my problem. But I’ll make every effort to continue to use We Fix Em.I understand the owners are looking at relocating which - hopefully may address the handicapped and waiting room accommodations issues .They are a 5 star auto repair shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“I recently purchased a new 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport from Loving Honda in Lufkin. Caleb worked with their inventory manager to find one with the exact specs I wanted from another dealer and then they traded for it. We negotiated an extremely fair price for the vehicle and they gave us a fair market price for our trade in. We did all of the negotiations over text and email since we live about an hour away. Caleb was very responsive and never seemed annoyed by my questions. The atmosphere in the dealership is very unlike most I have been in. It is extremely laid back and no pressure. They did not shuffle us off to a finance manager to do a hard sell on extended warranties, etc. Our sales guy (Caleb) presented our options clearly and concisely and allowed us to choose with zero pressure. We signed all paperwork in his office. When my car arrived from the other dealership with a bubble in the window tint, they immediately acknowledged it and had it fixed. They went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to them.”
“This is one of the best auto shops in Lufkin Texas . These guys does quality work for a fraction of a cost. They installed my Transmission on a Thursday and had it Finish the next day. I was able to make my weekend trip. And one thing I really like about these guys. They straight forward and honest about whatever the situation is. Most shops always trying to cut corners and make ever excuses about your engine just to make their pockets FAT. Again, I must say quality work..”
“Originally took my car to local Chevy dealership to get my transmission checked out, and they came back two days later saying my transmission was shot and that there was metal shavings all in the fluids. The dealership wanted to charge me $7,500 for a new one so I decided to take it to USA Transmission to get a second opinion. After a day of having it they found out that my car was 2 quarts low on fluids and that there was no noticeable signs that the dealership had checked my fluids/transmission to begin with. Just to be sure that everything was correct USA Transmission did a complete full service on my transmission, and after refilling all of the fluids and replacing the filter, which had zero metal shaving in it, my car runs like a dream.In the end USA Transmission could've easily tried to sell me a new transmission/rebuild for a cheaper price knowing that I already had it diagnosed by the dealership, and I wouldn't have know any better. Instead they were honest in their diagnoses, which saved my thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches. So, in my opinion USA Transmission is one of the few honest mechanics left, and I will continue giving them my business in the future.”
“I recently moved to Texas and needed to get an inspection done. I went over to grease monkey but they couldn't do it so the recommended here. My word! I'm so pleased I went here. Never in my life was something so quick, Easy and reasonable. They were extremely friendly and no appointment needed. Just zipped in and zipped out. Also replaced my windshield wipers for me. If you need anything done from inspections all the way to wipers I HIGHLY recommend them!”
