“What a great transmission shop with a very knowledgeable mechanic. Had my car towed to them due to a bad busted leak in my transmission causing it to stall. They repaired the problem. It took a little while but it was worth the wait. Car runs exceptionally well. I am so pleased and if I ever need to have any work done in the future I will definitely bring my car back to them. “We have bought 4 Hondas from loving Honda over the years. Today the managers of the Parts department, service department and I think the general manager met my wife when she was upset. First, I've been married to her 44 years and I have learned how to deal with her when she believes she has been wronged. Today Honda managers learned. From what I hear, they did an outstanding job at understanding why she got upset. We were loading groceries and anything else we bought on the back seat due to our hatch motor not working. This includes cases of bottled water. I admit it was pretty difficult being up in age as we are. But I sold auto parts for 15 years and she for about 7. She knows how to find parts, and she did find it. The part for her car. She called and yelled at Chris in service( sorry Chris). He did fantastic with her. They all agreed with her on every gripe she had. That did it. When she came home she was so happy. Those men had made her feel good about Lovimg Honda again. Guys, I'll take it from here. I just want to thank you for being understanding with her. Don't worry I'll do my best to buy our next Honda from y'all. If you'll let us. By this time next week she will have forgotten all about it, I'll see to it. Thanks again, and I apologize for any bad feelings. Happy thanksgiving and merry Christmas to you all. Harry P.”

I was able to make my weekend trip. And one thing I really like about these guys. They straight forward and honest about whatever the situation is. “We brought our Mazda Miata in for A/C service. We had to wait several weeks for an appointment and once our day arrived we dropped it off for service. The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . From the number of cars and trucks in the lot, I'd guess many others have also come to this conclusion . They were voted one of the Best of Lufkin Car Repair shops and we have to agree.”

“I can't speak for their sales department, but I can speak worlds of their service. Jonathan in the service group took the best care of me, my kids and my car. We broke down just south of Lufkin and managed to get a tow back into town. Even our tow truck driver knew Jonathan by name and told us we'd be in good hands. Jonathan diagnosed the problem, got us fixed up and back on the road in just less than a day. He even came to pick us up at the hotel. I don't even remember the last time I'd had service like that at ANY dealership. He was courteous, communicative and did not treat me like I've had some in the past at other dealerships. If I was in Lufkin on a regular basis, he'd have a lifetime customer out of me.”
