“Amazing! Best pharmacy staff that I have ever worked with. When they say they will do something, they consistently follow through. I don’t have to ask twice and I don’t have a difficult time getting the medications that I need. That is extremely important to me. They have a small town feel where I always have had my questions answered and my medications requests processed with no hassles, They offer a delivery service but I have never used that service because I always get fantastic service with their fast, convenient drive thru. I would drive extra miles to continue being a customer and see no reason whatsoever to change.”

“I'm so happy I discovered McKinney Pharmacy. Going to the pharmacy used to be a chore and a headache at times, but since my first visit here a couple years ago I have a whole new perspective and actually look forward to visiting! They have a drive thru but I always go inside. The people who work here CARE; the customer service is excellent, always personable, and unmatched based on my experience with previous pharmacies. They will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. For example - when my child was a newborn and needed medication, they offered to deliver it to my home so he could get it sooner for a quick recovery. I will never use another pharmacy & can't recommend them enough.”

“Shelly is the name of the head pharmacist. She is absolutely excellent. I've been an RN for 35 years, and she is the best. In the past, this pharmacy was terribly slow, however new systems were put in place a few years ago and now they are extremely fast. You can even call and tell them that you need your medication ASAP and they will generally have it ready within 30 minutes.”
“Drop CVS and the other chains!CVS had been my pharmacy for years, and I’d become used to their lack of concern, slow replies to insurance and Dr., having to re-explain things every time, long lines, even longer lines sometimes, and medications on backorder all the time.I finally got fed up with CVS, the “preferred” pharmacy of my health insurance, because once again they had to put my medication on backorder; plus, I don’t even know what backorder means! I decided to try Sachse Pharmacy, since they were near my house, and they immediately exceeded my expectations. I explained the issue to the Pharmacist/Owner, and he checked my insurance, got the prescription transferred, and filled it the next day… 1-2-3 DONE! Problem solved, and I haven’t an “on backorder” issues since.I always went to chain stores, but this family owned pharmacy is a way better experience. The owners are behind the counter, and they work hard to provide the best service; they even delivered medicine when I was sick. I feel like they care about me because they ask how I’m feeling, and want to know how my medications are working. We usually end up chatting for a while about whatever, so it actually feels more like a visit. Plus Chirag has a pretty good sense of humor.They’re a great, friendly, local business.Also… NO LINES!”
“The staff at this Sam's Club is always kind and helpful w a smile on their faces. I really appreciate how efficiently running the store is. My youngest (14) loves to try the different samples they offer and has always been treated respectfully when shopping without me. The only partial negative would be the configuration of their gas station. It's a tight fit for larger vehicles and bring disabled, I need help fueling. Often, I have to call the store coz the"gas guy" isn't responding.”
“We are long-time Market Street customers & fans because they stock the items we like, they've got a great meat & seafood department, they employ folks with different abilities (which is very aligned with our family's values), and they've got a long history of supporting local community causes (also in-line with our family values). Compared to the new HEB store down the road, we've also come to LOVE Market Street's much more manageably-sized parking lot (with SHADE TREES!), and the smaller square footage of the store, which makes quick trips to pick up just a few items SO MUCH EASIER!!! We've been customers of the Market Street Pharmacy for many years, as well - we get wonderful personalized service from the pharmacy, which we really appreciate. Prices may be a bit higher than HEB and Walmart on some items, but we FAR prefer the superior customer experience we get at Market Street every time we shop, vs. what we've experienced at other larger stores. As long as we live in McKinney, we will be loyal Market Street customers!”

But I believe overall, the pharmacy reflects the superior leadership of the lead pharmacist and manager. As long as she continues as your manager you can count on me to continue as a customer, and a very happy and satisfied customer who recommends you. She is really great and her employees reflect the same attitude.”
“I am so impressed with my service here. The staff are always nice and I am always in and out very fast. Compared to my Walgreens Pharmacy, the service here is AMAZING!!! I am never waiting for forever, and getting refills is so easy and takes just a simple phone call. And the best part is, my medication is mostly for cosmetic purposes, yet they always get my copay down from $100 to ZERO DOLLARS, even though my dermatologist said it would be very expensive. I am so grateful for this place. :)”
