Rude and incompetent staff members. This is a medical facility. Get your act together. Losing customers' information is not acceptable in any way and failing to answer questions is even worse

Short staffed and poor service. I’ve been waiting several days for my RX and the only excuse I was given is that they are short staffed. I will going elsewhere. They should have had the courtesy to let me know it would be a week to fill my RX rather than being without. I’m very frustrated
