“Went in this morning to get 2 new phones. Carlos and Mike was very helpful and helped us get the right phone for us. They also help us get a great price for them. When they found out that I was looking for a new tablet, Mike informed us about a tablet that they had. I also found out that we had store credit and was able to buy the tablet by just paying for the sales tax. We have been with T-mobile for about 4 years and love it.”

“We were trying to switch to a new carrier & had been dealing with our phone being locked to the network in limbo not being able to do anything for almost two weeks. We’d been on the phone with customer service everyday for almost an hour at a time with no resolve. We’d came into this store and Shakinah helped us out she called customer service and was determined to get this fixed for us. After almost two hours on the phone she assured us the problem would be fixed within 24 hours & FINALLY woke up the next morning with my phone fixed!! So thankful for her patience and determination to help us out. Would recommend this location purely because of her customer service!!”
