“Great customer service and quick wait times! I went in on several occasions to change a family of four from Verizon to T-Mobile (went in as the T-Mobil phones I ordered came in). The T-Mobile sales associates went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered and my phone plan was accurate. Side note: You can actually get service inside a building on Cannon AFB, NM. My monthly bill is less, better cell reception, and I get Netflix on T-Mobile's dime!”
