This is THE place to go for OEM parts. Order online, and pick up at the counter. You'll pay the same for same OEM parts on Amazon, so you'd might as well keep it local.

Customer service is awful!! The service manager Jimenez is beyond rude!! He does not care about customer service at ALL!!! I will not recommend gene messer Volkswagen to anyone!! I will never purchase another vehicle from them either!! So disappointed in the way we were treated!!

Thanks for helping a dad break a promise to his daughter. I had asked about a VW Passat I saw on Cars.com. I was told the car is posted on their website but it actually in transit to the dealership, this was July 5th. I was contacted July 19th and told the car would be delivered to dealership that night. I said great let me know when it is cleaned up and ready. On Monday July 24th I was told vehicle is cleaned up and ready. I worked with Nate (salesman) and Derek (finance) on Tuesday and Wednesday. I was told at this point all I needed to do was get a cashier's check and send them a picture. I sent the picture on Thursday July 27th at 9:53 A.M. This is when the runaround started. I kept asking about delivery time and was told they were trying to get in touch with the drivers to get it scheduled. This went on all day Thursday. Friday morning July 28th at 10:20 AM, I received a text from Nate saying he had some unfortunate news!! As of yesterday evening the car had been sold. Obviously this was the reason for the runaround. I am sure they used my check to show the prospected buyer so they could get more for the car. Thanks again for being the VW Dealership of Choice!!

Mark Cortez has some of the best customer service I’ve ever had practically anywhere. Service was relatively quick (I was expecting and was told it would take longer). All the workers I talked to were super friendly as well.

Customer service in the Service Department is A+ I had to get my rear brakes and rotors replaced, and the gentlemen did a great job explaining the condition of my old brakes, and answered all of my questions. I drove out the parking lot completely satisfied! Thanks guys.

Took my car to get an oil change they told me I needed a cabin filter and engine filter I didn’t have them do the work but Both are easy to replace so went to look at cabin filter and saw they did not put the cabin filter cover back on correctly and also went to check out air filter and saw they left the air breather hose disconnected they also said I needed front brakes which I probably do but if they cant correctly do something as simple as putting a cabin filter and air filter cover back on correctly I sure am not going to let them do something as important as brakes, they are friendly and as far as the oil changes no problem there

This place is awful! They replaced a key for $900+ dollars... I had a Volkswagen bug that got towed in to this place and told them to call when it got done. They didn't call for two weeks then labeled it abandoned and surrendered it to Lubbock wrecker. They tried to get us to pay for it to tow back to there place (when they surrendered it!). This place is awful! Go anywhere else and if you work for Volkswagen corporate and you're reading this ask what happened with Mark Lee's ticket nov-dec 2021
