I have had the WORST experience with the Petco grooming department. One woman in particular made my experience, upon many others I have spoken to, quite terrible. Very rude and hateful... lacks professional communication skills and shows no customer service or courtesy.

Checker had disinfectant standing wet on counter. Got it all over my dog food all over me. Would not tell me what was in it. I am reporting.
