“So my mother butchered my dog... Penny is always outside working to Shephard the horses and my mother thought she must be hot. So she attempted to shave her. She cut into the undercoat and Penny looked dreadful. (See what I did there?) Anyway I was afraid my neighbors would think i didn't care for my animals or that she might traumatized the neighbors kids so I called around. This place truly seems to care about your animals comfort and wellbeing. She did really well and I am no longer scared the neighbors kids will think she has mange.The two first photos are before photos”

“This was under pet training and all the reviews were about grooming. I have had two dogs trained under Jamie's supervision and she is great! She gives the owners goals on which to work and is supportive and helpful throughout the process. One of my dogs went all the way through the therapy dog training and the other one went from a run-away rescue to a gem of a pet.”

I called them after hours when I discovered it, the owner picked up the phone and took care of it immediately. You cannot ask for better customer service. Kudos to Vanes N Things. They will take excellent care of your needs.”

“Went in on Saturday afternoon and was greeted straight away. A brand new associate offered assistance. He had only been there a couple of days and still offered. He found an associate who was more than happy to help us. I want chicks and a turkey but had to make the home arrangements so had to return Sunday afternoon. I was very happy to see Hope whom had helped me with the chicks the day before. She gathered my chicks and pointed me to everything I would need. I ❤️ my experience in this store and will be back for many more visits to come!”
