Refusal to refund a fraudulent charge. If you are looking to bank somewhere new, avoid Chase.

Can’t get through to anyone. Was charged $89 for a service I did not receive. They refuse to refund my money. I will be closing both my checking and savings. This has been the most pleasant experience I have had when visiting a bank. Its charismatic, professional and helpful staff is willing to help and clarify any questions that may arise. Chase Bank inspires confidence and security, I recommend it.
