“I've been to Quest in Schertz twice. Both times seen by Jose, the phlebotomist. He is excellent! He drew my blood (and I'm a very hard stick) without a problem. And I didn't bruise. I always bruise! I will continue to use Quest & hopefully Jose for my next blood draw!”

“Always reliable and with all periodic visits never an issue! With the impersonal exception of the indifferent person who checks you in and verifies they will be paid everyone of the technicians have been amazingly skilled. With a young person who had a bad experience with another outfit, he has consistently found a relatively painless experience and quick turnaround providing accurate information for his continued treatment. Very satisfied with the process as stated, an efficient visit with little to no personal interaction! Possibly due to a steady stream of people with work orders and limited time to interact. Don't expect any bedside manner like mama used to practice decade's ago. Simply a personal experience no more no less.”

“My 8yo had labs and it was her first time. Staff was patient and explained to her what they were going to do to ease her fears. The lab tech was very gentle and my 8yo didn't;t even feel the poke! Another lab tech nearby also was kind and talked calmly to my kiddo.”
