“This is one of the most impressive businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Diana in the office is knowledgeable and very personable. They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.
If I sound impressed, it is because I am. They also can do or arrange for some chassis work. He also said he can work on some sealed RV roof air conditioners, depending on model. I don't know of anyone else who will work on them.
This is a first class operation that sets the standard for all other mobile services.”

Mark just replaced my Kia Windshield, and I have an appointment set up for my Outlander windshield. Both windshields had rock chips and then recently with the high temps they cracked further.

“I have been looking for a place to take our Audi’s that are no longer under warranty, and a friend recommended Autobahn. I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.”

Was going to bring a tire in to replace but lug nut was too warped for my tools to remove so I drove a short distance to the shop. I parked on the side street to let them know the situation beforehand. They said they would take care of it. As I am about to drive in I notice the tire comes off the rim. I go back inside to share the news and they go out to the street to help… man I feel like I need to give them so much more than just a positive Google review. Everyone was so friendly. There is also a cat that roams around who is really cute and likes to be pet.

“At protech you get to speak directly to certified mercedes tech that works on your car, unlike at the dealership. Also, there are no upsales by some dealership “service manager”. The turn around time for work is much less time than you’d get anywhere else, especially the dealership. Highly recommend, been coming here for years.”
“Honest and professional people. Check them out or at least have them as a second opinion. Worked on my 2018 Nissan Sentra and they were able to figure out all the problems I have in my engine lights for a reasonable/affordable price. They aren't salesy and only took care of what I really need to get done at the moment but told me what else I can work on my car.”
“This place is amazing! They helped me out with a nail in my tire. After going to Discount Tire to fix my tire they told me it need to be replaced and they could not plug or path the tire based on location. They wanted me to spend $220 on a new tire with their discount. I left to shop around, to get a second opinion. Once I arrived to Alfanso Tire Shop and showed them the tire, they said they could fix it. They briefly went over the pros and cons with me, then I asked him what would he do? Long story short based on his recommendation I had to only pay $10 to get the tire it plugged. I want to say, stop by this shop first before going anywhere else. Im sure you wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks Alfonso Tire Shop, You have a customer for life.”
“My truck broke down in San Antonio and was referred to them, we had extended warranty and Kevin made all arrangements and had the truck fix in a timely manner however something’s came up on the truck but he had no problem fixing everything under warranty. Overall highly satisfied and would recommend him!”

But don't expect them to do a general check-up on your car, you should already know the problem your car has. Their specialties are brakes, oil changes, alignment, and wheel and tire services, among other things.
The prices for the services are fair and the progressive loyalty discount plan for oil changes is very advantageous.”
“My TPMS lights came on this morning on my way to work. I called their shop and they immediately answered. They were able to help within 5-10 minutes when I pulled up and everyone was so professional and very helpful. Also their office is so clean and smells really good. I definitely recommend their service and all staff were amazing. I also got a free coffee this morning. Because of them I was able to make it to work on time and I got a free hot coffee. Will be coming back to this location to get my maintenance done for my 2022 Mazda. Highly recommend this business.”
