“I made an appointment, can't really say if this was helpful as it seemed first come, first served. But the guys were helpful, polite, and quickly assessed my tire. Once it was pulled into Bay, it was very fast repair time. Pulled my car out to the front door after repaired and was super friendly. They are a busy store, but seemed like it was running at a good pace, and customers were being helped as soon as possible.”

“They LIED to me! They told me it would take 30 min to an hour for a state inspection. I sat there for about 15-20 min and it was already done. AND on top of that, the person at the desk was friendly! Can you believe it? Totally acceptable.”
“My wife "stumbled" across Mike's Tires when we were looking for tires for our Ford Explorer. I went there to get quote and was shocked at their low prices (about $500 less than the other stores we had gone to). I paid for (4) tires and they were there the next day, ready for installation.
When I returned for the installation, they got me right in & were done in about 30 minutes.

Since I entered the store, Dakota was extremely friendly and had a great attitude towards service. “Came to get tires replaced. The process appeared very transparent, the technician did a tire tread test on all 4 tires and showed which tires are pretty bad and which are OK. Even when showing the options on the computer, there were 2 screens that showed what the Technicians see... again kudos to the transparency.
Reason for the 4 stars..(hoping the management sees this), the wait area really is not up to the mark. The tall bar stools are really uncomfortable to sit on, literally felt like sitting on a rock. Really hard for people who need to wait probably an hour or hour and half for service. These definitely need an upgrade.
There is barely any coffee options other than a coffee machine with some options...no creamer and the rear of the machine has spider webs. And the fridge is literally empty...no water to drink, at least they could put a water cooler which seems to be a must in Texas..
Other than the wait service upgrades, its a good place to go for any tire needs”
“My tire monitor came on and I was right around the corner. Stopped in for air but found out I had a nail. The tire rep let me know they were extremely busy but aired up the tire enough to get me where I needed to go. Really good service.”

“If I could give this place a 10 stars, I would 100%. I have never met someone so customer oriented. We told him what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations. We got a 2 inch lift and new tires + wheels, when he placed the wheels on it, it rubbed against the mud flap when he said it originally wouldn’t, so he fixed that for us for free. One of the best places to get your tires done”
“Customer service and the service provided were incredible. My first time at DT and Connor was incredibly patient, informed, and so kind. I got my tire replaced after my dealership found a nail in the side of my tire. Discount Tire was significantly cheaper to replace the tire, and quick with the service. When I drove off the parking lot, my car notified I had uneven tire pressure…turns out my dealership significantly overinflated my other tires (they confirmed the mistake when I called) and DT had the correct PSI with the newly installed tire. Connor welcomed me back, answered all my questions (I’m unfortunately not a car girly), and set my other tires to the correct psi. I had a great experience and will be back for other services.”

“Typical discount tire…very busy. Prices are a little lower than competitors but still high for a rubber tire. They text you of status of process. Warning : their text start time was actually 30 minutes later than actual time. So it appears the process took an hour and 15 minutes when in actuality it was around an hour and 45 minutes. Also keep your eyes open at checkout. I declined the $40 warranty per tire at check in, BUT they added it back in at checkout. I had to remind them that I did not want it. (There is a one in a 1000 chance you will need the warranty).”
