“This review is long overdue. Be warned this place doesn’t perform quality service/repairs. I took my hedge trimmer in for a tune up. This is something I would normally do myself and have done many times on all my echo equipment. I decided to have someone else do it because I wanted the blades looked at. At first this seemed like a great place to bring my equipment. Took it in and got it back the same day. However once I got it back it hasn’t ran right since. All summer I’ve been fighting with it to get it to start. It never had any problems starting before their shop did the tune up. Also beware of their prices. A few items I did pick up there during my visit was marked up double to other stores in the area. Really regret not doing the tune up myself as I had always done.
Edit/Update: the owner did reach out to me after this review and offered an opportunity for them to look at the machine again and try to make it right. The issue with the machine was corrected.”

“I called about lumber for a deck, and the customer service was outstanding. Lyn didn't have the lumber I was looking for and when he told me why, it made me question if I should be looking at other wood options for fixing my deck. Even though he didn't expect me to buy anything, Lyn STILL took a bunch of time to talk to me about my project. Between the person who was supposed to be redoing my deck and 4 other lumber places I called, he was the ONLY one who helped me realize I was trying to order the wrong product because I didn't realize how wood sizing worked. I would have special ordered the wrong kind of wood from a different place without Lyn! He was very patient, thorough, knowledgable, and truly a lifesaver, and all with knowing up front that I wasn't even going to be a customer! I can't thank Lyn enough, and I will absolutely try to order from them with future projects.”
