“First time buying there, amazing service and more importantly they delivered top quality material with reasonable pricing. Built a cedar board on board fence out of it. Posts were straight and the material was dried enough to not warp but still easy to work with. Bought more than 200 pickets and I can count on one hand that how many were scrap. Definitely going to buy more from them!”

“I ❤️ Tractor Supply, but, this 1 time, I went and bought a 10×10×10×10×6 Dog kennel,
had to ask for help to load it in my truck, the help left when I asked to help tie it down, I mentioned that the top of 2 panels were bent, shrugged and said "oh well"
no red flag to tie at end of load, for caution, I generally have a good experience there, I assume yard people don't like helping elderly people load, staff inside store are very helpful”
“After calling the Round Rock location in advance, being told they had two vans available, then arriving to find out one had a flat and one wouldn't start, we rushed to this location as we had a mattress pickup scheduled. When we arrived, a super nice man greeted us, wished me Happy Mother's Day, and escorted us to the rental area. From there another gentleman got us squared away quickly with a box truck, and we were on our way!”
“Our old refrigerator had been giving problems and finally went out. I'm handicapped so my wife handled the purchase of a replacement fridge. I was concerned she would have a problem but Home Depot's salesman, Doug King (DCK081) was exceptional. He assisted her in picking out a unit that fit our needs and was extremely certious and professional. Not all retail salesman treat women with respect. My wife was very pleased with her experience.”
“I called about lumber for a deck, and the customer service was outstanding. Lyn didn't have the lumber I was looking for and when he told me why, it made me question if I should be looking at other wood options for fixing my deck. Even though he didn't expect me to buy anything, Lyn STILL took a bunch of time to talk to me about my project. Between the person who was supposed to be redoing my deck and 4 other lumber places I called, he was the ONLY one who helped me realize I was trying to order the wrong product because I didn't realize how wood sizing worked. I would have special ordered the wrong kind of wood from a different place without Lyn! He was very patient, thorough, knowledgable, and truly a lifesaver, and all with knowing up front that I wasn't even going to be a customer! I can't thank Lyn enough, and I will absolutely try to order from them with future projects.”
