I rented a U-Haul on September 15th, but there is a problem with the truck. The air conditioning is not working. Due to the hot weather, not being able to use the air conditioning was very uncomfortable and distressing. I don’t think I should have to pay the full rental price for a service that was not provided properly.

Not sure who the man with the dark beard and the Dunlap was but I could have lived without his “customer service.” Guy acted like we were inconveniencing him by being there but we got what we needed so here’s two stars.
