“I want to say if you ever need anything looked at or completely fixed and resolved, you will get nothing less at the Lewisville TX location. Caleb fixed an issue I had been facing for over a week in less than 5 minutes. Not even the customer service could fix my issue and but Caleb was courteous, respectful, he heard my issue, and he immediately knew what to do. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and was so apologetic for the issues. He was even multitasking and assisting 2 other customers at the time. “I've bought a TV from here, have gone here just to view laptops, and home here for advice and every time it's a nice experience. Even when the visit was in and out, the door people are always nice. Also can vouch my TV is still great years later with no defects. Always recommend pick up vs. delivery with big TVs because the delivery people WILL damage your TV. The Best Buy workers here don't! “I am trying to be better at posting Google reviews for places I had positive experience at. During my time in Hospital Safety I used Aerowave exclusively for all my two-way radio needs. There was never a time where Aerowave didn't meet our radio needs and they were prompt to fix any mistake on their occasional occurrence. Even though I have since moved into another career path I still recommend Aerowave for all your radio communication needs!!! Large or small they can customize the right system for your specific needs.”

“Made 2 trips here while in town because we of course forgot stuff, needed to buy winter gear (it was colder than anticipated) and had to get some Shiner! Store was clean, not crowded or busy. It was easy to get in and out quickly. We were able to find all the items we needed. It seemed like they had a lot of items in stock, had Valentine's day merchandise out. Was weird they only sell wine/beer here (where I live they sell alcohol also) but was happy to pick up a few bottles of wine on sale and some speciality Shiner. The hotel water did not taste good so we bought Ozarka water and it did not taste good either but that isn't Target's fault. I could/would have bought more but we had limited space due to traveling.”

“I’ve been a client with spectrum for about two years and I came to upgrade my services and they treated me excellent in this location. I forgot the name of who helped me out but she was very polite, carefully listened to any question I had and answered all of my questions in detail so I could understand. I got my upgraded equipment and they even showed me how to setup everything even though they didn’t have to plus instructions came in box. I appreciate the customer service here and recommend anyone coming to this location.”
