“My fiancé and I went into this location to just look into upgrading my phone. The store was clean and the staff very friendly. Eagle helped us , she was beyond amazing, not pushy, helped with all our questions. We actually made a second trip back to also upgrade my watch, and add him to my plan then upgraded his phone and watch. This has been the best experience with an ATT store, and I’ve been with them for 11 years. We will definitely be back to this location in the future.”

“Went in to get my screen replaced. Filed the claim through tmobile and set up my appointment online. When I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had everything fixed and ready to go within the estimated time frame they gave me, so there wasn't any unnecessary standing around and waiting. Very quick and well done screen replacement. Its been a few days and everything is working 100% on my phone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“I bought a phone in a SIM card and realized the next day that the phone was not recognizing the SIM card. I also realized I didn't have a receipt. These folks kindly looked at my phone and figured out that the phone was simply not working with that SIM card. The generously replaced the dumb phone I had initially purchased with a basic smartphone. Very happy with their service”

Not only did he repair my iPhone in 10 minutes when Apple AND Best Buy told me my phone was a lost cause, they also went on to repair my sister’s laptop when those two companies told her the same thing too. I had so much private and important information I thought was lost forever. THANK YOU! We drove awhile to get here and it was worth it. The customer service and the expertise is unmatched, and had a lovely chat with my dear mother too. “Been wanting to buy a power wheel for my 3yr old as he loves spinning the steering wheel on the truck so figured he would love this. Started looking on fb and noticed SMS had plenty of options so went ahead and met them today and glad to say I purchased one there. “Fast and friendly! Update I work in mechanical heavy industry and got a new phone that is not common and needed protection as it could even be damaged in my pocket this was the only store that had a case and glass protector for my phone. I could not remember where they were and drove by because they do not have a lot of signs out front but my friend that has a business near by that first told me about it showed me where it was and thank goodness because no other stores on Harry Hines had anything for my new phone type and I could only keep phone near but not on me till I got protection as it was a expensive phone . Being a technician I can say it is a great case I got and they even put the screen protector on while I was talking to my friend and I wanted to put it on myself because I am very picky but I am glad they did it because they did a excellent job and I am so happy! O should also add I have had my most recent case from them at least two months and my cases do get ugly from chemicals and oils and this one still looks like it could be owned by a desk jockey LMBO!”
