Just dropped my cable as my bill keeps increasing, dramatically this montn. Been with them for many years but they don't care about loyalty.

They scam you and pull you in for a cheaper plan at first and then raise your bill to over $100 after 6 months to a year! I refuse to pay $100 a month for just Wi-Fi service!!! Horrible service and how they rip people off

I had some internet outages and made an appointment to have it checked out. The technician was prompt, friendly, polite and knowledgeable and he got me up and running. We appreciated the great service from the folks at Astound.
