The owner is extremely rude both times I’ve came in there and she was working.

No returns!!!! This should be posted as a larger sign so customers actually know! Who does not take returns with a receipt?? That's not the norm. Nobody is going to read the 2 paragraphs print out by the register. I'm busy with checking out! NOTIFY PEOPLE!!!
