“This place is located at the old Lewisville Vista Ridge mall. A warning, you can't enter the mall from here, you'd have to drive around. This place is fantastic to buy End-of-season clothing & shoes. There's pretty much everything here in terms of clothing. I always buy my boots here since it's 1/3 of the price during regular season. You can buy prom dresses for the girls, holiday clothing for the little ones, and pick up some nice clothes for the men in your family. Tip: If you plan to buy a lot, pick up the blue bins and go crazy. There's multiple cashiers located around Dillard's so you're not stuck behind crazy lines.”

“Made 2 trips here while in town because we of course forgot stuff, needed to buy winter gear (it was colder than anticipated) and had to get some Shiner! Store was clean, not crowded or busy. It was easy to get in and out quickly. We were able to find all the items we needed. It seemed like they had a lot of items in stock, had Valentine's day merchandise out. Was weird they only sell wine/beer here (where I live they sell alcohol also) but was happy to pick up a few bottles of wine on sale and some speciality Shiner. The hotel water did not taste good so we bought Ozarka water and it did not taste good either but that isn't Target's fault. I could/would have bought more but we had limited space due to traveling.”
“Clean, well stocked and managed. Although the store is dealing with the short staffing issue, like everyone else, this one has employees that so apparently care about their customers. Everyone was very happy to assist the customers, answer questions or come to their managers call. Whatever the need, they were more than happy to see to it”

I was looking for Brazi Bites Brazilian bread, online showed it was available, but when I pulled it down on the app it said out of stock, Pablo the Lead, Checked said it looks like More will be in on March 01, enough said? .. no not with him.. ! instead he said let me give a second look at this just to double check and he managed to find 3 for me. He went above and beyond! He's very impressive and polite!”
“Good experience, easy. I should have written the employee's name down to thank him, but I was running late. He took care of us when their corporate office couldn't, ran into an issue with being stuck behind a 2 hour traffic jam. (18 wheeler jacket knifed across a two lane road, no fatalities thank goodness) and we weren't going to be able to return the rental before they closed. Their corporate office customer service wanted to charge us an extra $300, thank heavens this location and their staff had a better solution.”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

“I am only posting a 5 star review because of Yanet in grocery pickup/delivery. My mother had a horrible experience receiving an order that she placed. The delivery was returned by a driver who did not attempt to properly get the order to her. I reached out to the driver myself to assist, but he did not speak English. I even sent a translated text message to the driver, that was completely ignored. My mother called multiple times and spoke with multiple people over 2 hours, with no help at all. I then called the grocery pickup and got Yanet. She is amazing, empathetic and fast. She got the problem handled and delivered within 20 minutes of my call. If anyone knows how difficult it is to correct a delivery issue with Walmart, then they will understand how important it is to acknowledge someone like Yanet!! Hopefully upper management shows her appreciation. Thank you, because my mother is elderly and was big time pissed with all of the issues.”

“This is a Huge, Kohl’s Location. It’s like stepping back into the 90s. Lots of room up and down each isle. It’s not cramped and crowded like the new stores that have Sephora in them. I highly recommend this location to one and all.”
