Best Buy is known for very nice customer service and helpful, professional staff. Employees are efficient and quick to attend to everyone, often going above and beyond. They are described as real honest salespeople who are very helpful and never pressure customers, only providing what is needed. Staff diligently take time to track down specific, difficult to find items and help locate exactly what customers need. They offer pleasant greetings and assist with tasks like opening locked cabinets and checking customers out in different departments to avoid busy lines. For product pickup, even long lines move quickly. The store is a massive space, one of the biggest seen. Customers report great experiences when buying TVs, viewing laptops, and getting advice, with products like TVs remaining great years later with no defects. The staff also provide helpful services like meeting customers at their car to take in broken electronics for recycling. Many customers happily state they will come back and buy again, giving the store a thumbs up.
Had a bit of a rough journey when arranging an appointment to get my MacBook serviced, but once I got an appointment Aaron at geek squad was great help. Had an answer for every question and was completely transparent on what I should expect. Thank you Aaron!

Great customer service from Marco, very informative and knew exactly what he was talking about. Solid character, highly recommend for those who aren’t as informed on appliances. His Manager Cody was also phenomenal coming in to ensure we were fully satisfied with everything.
