“Quality care pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Anytime I've been there, everyone is always happy, smiling, and helpful. There is never a long wait for prescriptions. Like other places that will say come back in 3 hours. Shina Adejuyibe has created an environment that set the bar for all other pharmacies should strive to be like. The rest of the staff is just as polite and helpful.”
“I got tired of waiting in line at the big chain pharmacies or waiting 25+ min on the phone to talk to someone. I’ve been so happy with the customer service here at Fate Pharmacy because they go above and beyond. Most times I need a prescription, I call as I leave the pediatrician’s office in downtown Rockwall and 9 times out of 10, they have it ready by the time I arrive (about 10 min). They offer free curbside which is so convenient with littles in the car. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for a more efficient and helpful pharmacist!”

She's warm and understanding, even during my first visit when I walked in completely run ragged from having dealt with a sick kid-- she gave me the kindness that I needed at that very moment when I was feeling my worst. She represents the pharmacy VERY well, and for that reason made me feel like a valued customer. “The employees at this Walmart pharmacy go above and beyond every day. I've used this pharmacy for years and I'm always so impressed that the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are so many pharmacies that make you feel like you are an inconvenience and give you the run around when trying to get doctor approval, figure out insurance/pricing, or ordering a medication they don't have in stock. This has never been the case at this Walmart pharmacy and I so appreciate these hardworking individuals!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at Kroger today. Had to make a large a large run, both my Mother and I have not been able to shop for some time. After loading up I got into an open check out lane. I was so tired! I just got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago still week. A young man (Alexandra) jumped in and emptied my cart! I couldn't believe it! Between he and the cashier I was in/out with an order (over 200) in minutes ! What a treat! I could not have wished for better service at a time I really needed it. Both kids were sweet and friendly. Thank you!”

“I was picking up a doordash order yesterday (5/15/24) and walked in and was informed the systems were down due to a power outage from the construction on the street. Perfectly fine nothing anyone could do. Went about my shopping got to the front counter and waited, chatted with the very nice and courteous workers when they informed me that the pharmacy system had come back up and they could check me out in the back. Awesome, cool. So I go back there and what I would assume is the lead pharmacist, he was wearing a white coat, after telling them why I'm back there proceeds to pick up the phone and call I would assume the front of the store and tell them "if you're going to send someone back here to check out send one of the front workers back because my assistants don't know how to use the system" which is entirely wrong as it is also part of their job, why else would the system let them cash anyone out that wasn't only buying meds. Just wanted to write this so he can get a reality check and just be a little more courteous to his fellow workers for something that is out of their control. Thanks”

“Haven't been to much other Brookshires so I can't really compare to others but in my opinion this is a great location groceries wise and the deli area has some good choices. I ready do like the murals and wall decorations of Farmersville history I think that's really cool for a store to do.”
