Clarissa was the absolutely best! Thank you for your help had to drive all the way to Laredo to actually get good service. My hometown James Avery location didn’t wanna help me out at all and were very rude. Going the distance was worth it, Clarissa explained services super well and helped me out.

Valerie Rico put her thing down, flipped it and reversed it when it came down to customer service, 10/10. I asked her for a Mother’s Day neckless and shawty assembled 3. She was very kind and helpful. She not only helped me with what I had asked for but also mixed in different ideas and styles to give me better options
