I have to say thank you the management team and the Laredo Store.thank you Elizabeth for helping us out.I have shopped at several James Avery stores and this is the first time I have had a bad experience. I was gifted a beautiful bracelet for Father's Day. Because of having to move around cause of work it sat in a box until we were finally settled in. I went to the store in hopes of exchanging it for a correct size, according to this store all the can do is have me pay half of what it cost and then get a new one and turning in the old one. I have never heard of this. I have had sizing issues before with items I have gotten my wife but an even exchange has always happened. I can see why some people feel they need to drive out of town sometimes.”
