“This is my testimonial of my experience working with Steven Cadena from Laredo Commercial Insurance Agency. He is very professional and kind gentlemen and very trustworthy. I have been working with this agent for 2 years, and everything has been very good with service and communication no complaints! At my 1st insurance renewal which was this past year, I wanted to shop around to make sure he was giving me the best prices/deal. He did give me several options but I wanted to test the insurance market. So, I quoted with several other agents, one in particular made me sign a BOR (broker of record) this is to allow the other agent access to the quote Mr. Cadena had already given me.
