My policy was canceled without notice upon underwriting and not submitting an exclusion form on time. Very bad customer service and supervisor, they kept hanging up on me because someone dropped the ball and my policy was affected, I had to quote again and the premium went up

My policy got canceled without notification by underwriting for them not sending an exclusion form on time. Very poor customer service and supervisor service they kept hanging up on me cause someone drop the ball and my policy was affected I had to re quote and premium went up.
