“First, the guy at the front desk was great, quick, and made my pick up a breeze. Friendly suggestion - Make sure the trucks arent parked so close that you cant even walk in between them. Also, my trucks interior light was left on - thus creating a drained battery. The first couple of times my truck struggled to start. Thankfully, I finally figured out what was draining the battery. Also, my reservation had an appliance dolly added. Got to the location and was informed they didnt have any onsite and that I should check the other uhaul locations in the area. Thankfully the first one I called on Jefferson street had one, and he let me keep it in the truck after returning to my original drop off location. He didnt have to do that and for that I'm grateful. Needless to say, of course I was charged the extra mileage to go out of my way.”
