I found my place! Small class sizes so easy to do modifications depending on abilities or limitations. Also, coaches are great about helping with form- efficient use of time and effort.Coaches Cara (owner), Taylor and Becca are positive, non-judgmental and motivating. They're fun too, I laugh a lot while working out. First class is free. Oh, and the Saturday stretch sessions are fabulous! For me, a must if it's been a rough week. (I think sessions are available on other days and times, I just always utilize the Saturday one).

As a 74 year old Man, I find the training by Cara, Taylor and Becka to be stimulating, physical and aerobic. The routines are unique in that they accomplish a workout tailored to my needs and physical requirements. This is my workout Mecca. I was nervous. Going to a new gym always gives me anxiety. But it was AMAZING! I am so glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone. I never felt judged from the staff members or the clients. It was great. They also only do two reps of each set which I really liked. It was easy to stay motivated

Starting a training program with Slade Fit Club has been the best decision I could have made. Cara and her team of coaches are all so in sync with what clients need and I have never felt better about my health. It's been a great experience and every workout seems to be just what I needed that day!

I love coming to this gym and look forward to my workouts. Cara, Becca and Taylor provide such a great experience! Small class sizes ensure I get the individual attention I need to gain strength and avoid injury. It's always fun and friendly and great playlists to sweat to!

Becca is super attentive and flexible on time given my work schedule. I used to hate working out but had to start given an injury. She makes it enjoyable and I feel a lot stronger and mobile after working with her for nearly a year. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

SFC is the first gym/fitness center that I have stayed with. And it's all about the instructors. Cara, Becca, and Taylor tailor the exercises to my abilities and demonstrate them. Excellent, Coach Taylor really focus in what you need .All her directions are Right and we improve notoriously. Over two years ago I started playing golf like a little old man. I started classes with Taylor (and some from Cara) and after a few months started feeling stronger. The bast part is I am more flexible and playing better again!! Jaime Beaman

The trainers at SFC are phenomenal! They are energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about helping others achieve goals. I came in for some assistance in relieving some hip mobility issues and have definitely seen improvement while also building strength! I highly recommend Slade Fit Club!

I have been struggling for years to find a workout environment that provides the right level of accountability, motivation, variety, support and affordability. I’ve tried gyms, classes and even a personal trainer. None of them comes close to the experience of Slade Fit Club. The personalized variety of HIIT workouts, changed up daily by Coach Cara, produce real results quickly. The small group environment makes it fun and provides accountability. The members, who are of all different levels, are so welcoming and supportive. And the owners, Coach Cara and Coach Ryan, are professional, caring and passionate about what they do. This is the first time in my life where I wake up actually wanting to go work out!! I feel so lucky to have found this place!

The first thing that you notice when walking into Slade Fit is the conversation, comradery and cheerfulness. It's a place where you feel welcome and a place where you can be yourself. There are people with different fitness levels joining in the activities.Cara, Taylor and Rebecca are all serious about body mechanics, protecting old injuries, and taking the time to explain and correct poor form.As a senior citizen, I am especially pleased with emphasis on hand-eye coordination (ball tossing and bouncing) and the simple things such as the mechanics of getting off the floor. I just thought that I knew how to get off the floor! Now I have the strength to do it correctly!There are, of course, classes for the younger, more fit clients. I can hear them running and breathing hard. So glad that I am in a slower room.It's a fun place to workout and get fit! Join.
