“We have a mailbox at this UPS store. All the staff are amazing! Ralph, Chelsa, David, and Kristy are so friendly and efficient. The store is always clean, light, and bright, and well-stocked. They even have a self-service area for Amazon returns so you don’t have to wait in line. The mail service is great - they receive all our mail and packages. They also provide notary services. Highly recommend!”

I have passed this business many, many times and was not sure if it was open or a permanently closed business. Now I know! I will use Deliver Valyou the next time I need to ship a package instead of driving into Cedar Park to use UPS.”

“Definitely my "go to" USP store. I find myself going out of my way to use this branch specifically. Recently Wyatt helped me return Spectrum equipment and made sure I got my paperwork needed to prove my return to spectrum, even though I would have otherwise been happy to just drop the equipment and leave to avoid the lines during the holidays. I'm glad he did because I'm seeing that spectrum is still charging me for the equipment we returned and now thanks to Wyatt, I have the ammunition I need to call them up and get a refund.
