“We have a mailbox at this UPS store. All the staff are amazing! Ralph, Chelsa, David, and Kristy are so friendly and efficient. The store is always clean, light, and bright, and well-stocked. They even have a self-service area for Amazon returns so you don’t have to wait in line. The mail service is great - they receive all our mail and packages. They also provide notary services. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah (and Rodolpho) were very helpful and patient! There was a line, but it is January 3rd. The customers in front of me were being rude and belligerent and I just did my best to not be confrontational. As Sarah helped me, I talked to her a little bit, and learned she works here and is also a part time waitress. These people don’t get paid or appreciated anywhere near enough! As someone who also works in customer service, I was very glad I got to help her by being kind and supportive! A smile and patient customer goes a LONG way!”

“Definitely my "go to" USP store. I find myself going out of my way to use this branch specifically. Recently Wyatt helped me return Spectrum equipment and made sure I got my paperwork needed to prove my return to spectrum, even though I would have otherwise been happy to just drop the equipment and leave to avoid the lines during the holidays. I'm glad he did because I'm seeing that spectrum is still charging me for the equipment we returned and now thanks to Wyatt, I have the ammunition I need to call them up and get a refund. Thanks Wyatt!!!”

While I waited in line, I observed three separate individuals be outwardly rude to these two young men just because there was a queue.As we approach the holiday season, I wish people would be a little more understanding and kind to each other. I had a great experience and wanted to thank the staff for their help and hard work.”

“I used the drive up mail box to drop off my letter. It is convenient and great that there is a pull-off driveway to the box so that you're not on the main road and traffic, and you can pull right back onto the main street. The mail pick-up time is 5:30 pm.”

I've always had a good experience whether it's a package drop off or shipping.I don't know the owners story, but it does look like they are trying to make an honest living in the land of opportunity. “I deliver and pick up packages at this store 5 days a week so I’m there 10 times a week. Only two people work at this store and they are both incredibly friendly and very good at what they do, they will take care of you for whatever need you have. I see it first hand and they are the absolute best. I recommend this store to everyone who has the needs they provide. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS by far.”
