“I found my place! Small class sizes so easy to do modifications depending on abilities or limitations. Also, coaches are great about helping with form- efficient use of time and effort.Coaches Cara (owner), Taylor and Becca are positive, non-judgmental and motivating. They're fun too, I laugh a lot while working out. First class is free. Oh, and the Saturday stretch sessions are fabulous! For me, a must if it's been a rough week. (I think sessions are available on other days and times, I just always utilize the Saturday one).”

“ChampionsTX is such a happy place! The staff are amazing and flexible. They make you feel like your child is more than welcome to be part of the sport! They keep my daughter engaged the entire time! I feel the focus is on safety, exploring, and fun rather than rigid rules as some gymnastics gyms can be known for. (I am comparing it to my childhood gym that spat out future olympians). ChampionsTX has a Friday Night Parent Night Out from 5pm to 9:30pm. When it is time to pick up my daughter, she is still asking for, “five more minutes!” I have no complaints!”

“I used to work out religiously at the gym before kids. After having 3 kids I found myself unmotivated and lost at the gym. I tried every workout class I could and just couldn't get into it. My friend invited me to a free trial class, and I told her I didn't like to run, so I didn't want to try OT. She insisted I just try it because it was very different from JUST running. I tried the first class and I LOVED it. I LOVED that the coaches actually corrected my form and motivated me to push myself outside of my comfort zone. After a few classes, I noticed my body changing, getting slimmer and stronger. I have lost 9 lbs in 2 months (I also changed my diet) and look forward to continue seeing my body change. I do OT 3-5x per week.”
