“Super convenient location if you live or work nearby. The store is staffed and stocked. Didn't have a wireless keyboard with integrated mouse pad I needed. This 4 points intersection is generally smooth but very busy at work hours. You can turn left when exiting from the most southern exit shared with adjacent apartments.”
“I’ve never thought to review a chain store before but just had to come here and give a HUGE shout out to the super kind cashier we had today.
We are visiting from out of state and honestly have not encountered one kind person yet during our visit until our shopping experience today at this target. It was around 11 AM a young gentleman in a super awesome hat with long hair, truly just the kindest and hardest worker. Hopefully this makes it back to him- but so grateful for him starting our day off on such a high note; made great conversation, genuinely interested in speaking to us, and made sure to monitor the length of his line and call when he needed assistance (and then he sincerely thanked his coworker who can over to help). Great and kind human!”
“I wanted my TVs mounted on the wall and an updated Sound System. Because my house is 20 years old, they had to deal with obstacles within the walls of my home. They did this with great care and were very careful to make sure that no pipes or other hazards were in the way. They spent a lot of time measuring and consulting with me on the placement of the TVs. They are very kind and considerate and are great to work with. The updated stereo system is terrific, and my house is party ready.”

“Was picking up a open box TV, the young man apparently "loves" his job that everything that we ask for was denied. Extra bubble wrap (nope stating "that was the best they can do"), us seeing if the TV worked (nope stating "it was already tested"), just dragging the TV everywhere. Also, wrong information was given that the remote include "yeah, should be there" yet we were not able to see it just to make sure. Although, this employee gave us such a horrible experience, customer service and he cause such a headache for my husband (having to call customer service and getting the run around), Tyler the store manager change that for us! He heard my husband out and was able to find a suitable solution. Thank you again to Tyler and the two gentleman that help put the TV in the car for us, we truly appreciate it.
This Best Buy will make it right and hear their customers out!”

A very professional and polite young lady helped me and explained how to find my available storage. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t remember her name but please thank her for me! Emails and texts about storage are a SCAM! Her name was Shirley. Credit to the company.”

“I purchased a dash cam with a rear camera as a way to make myself feel safer out in Austin traffic. Apparently people just like to run into the back of my car, because it's happened 3 times in the last few years. (For the record, none of these wrecks have been my fault!) I figure a dash cam might be of some value when dealing with the insurance companies.After calling around, I found that Best Buy has the best installation prices for front and rear cameras. Very pleased with the ease of getting the appointment, having the work done, and the lifetime installation warranty. Chris Lopez did a great job, and he was a very patient with all my questions. I definitely recommend this location for your installation needs.”

“They've got some pretty good tacos in the morning. I usually stop and get 2 for breakfast. Usually during the week they have a long line at the register, but they move pretty quickly and get you out the door and on your way. One weird thing is the egg rolls in the morning. All in all, I give them a thumbs up.”
