“I never give a 5 Star rating however having to avoid my local Azle T-Mobile store due to my last visit finding a couple of idiots with zero customer service skills would rather accuse me of messing up the new phone purchased the day before then suggested that I take it to a Cellphone Technician which I did costing another $50 .This Lake Worth Metro store was a complete opposite experience having a Representative take ownership of my situation with an issue at their Customer Service Center. Prepared all my information on screen and handled 30 minutes of questions, which frankly I have no patience for.After hanging up he explained everything thoroughly regarding the new plan I was on having my expectations completely satisfied.Thanks for giving a new hope that customer service hasn't disappeared from our culture.”
