“Great Place to workout, there so many amenities and its clean. Its a popular place Ive seen so I have to go during slow times. The staff is nice and I enjoy going.”
“Very clean gym with daily cleaning of all equipment and areas of the gym. Good assortment of free weights and machines. Consistently 10 or less people at the gym at any given time in the morning. The friendliest staff I’ve ever seen at a gym as well. Highly recommend”

“I appreciate the pick up volleyball games on Tuesday evenings and Friday evening at 6 PM. It does get rather warm in the gym. The only have one full length basketball court. Gym hours are5 AM to 9 PM. good assortment, of cardio equipment upstairs.”
