I’m obviously no car expert lol so taking my car to any shop feels intimidating but here, my mind felt at ease. The owners were very thorough, kind, accommodating and welcoming.Not only was my car thoroughly inspected but they took the time to explain to me what could have been causing issues I was having with it and what was being done. “I have been looking for a place to take our Audi’s that are no longer under warranty, and a friend recommended Autobahn. I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. “A great experience. Driving cross country pulling a travel trailer with an Audi Q7 and experiencing a bad coolant leak. Went to a few shops first thing on the Saturdsy morning and they could not handle the Audi and said go to the dealer. S&S guys immediately jumped on it and diagnosed a bad water pump bearing was causing the leak. Had part ordered from dealer and all work completed between 9am and 2pm the same day. Saved our travel schedule to the West Coast. S&S guys were attentive, professional and the price was very fair. 2 weeks later and no leaks and everything working great. The garage was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.”

they bent over backwards - honored my warranty that they provide to diagnose the problem.

“Had a classic truck with little to no aftermarket exhaust parts. I decided to call Exhaust Centers as they had great reviews. Reggie answered and was able to give me a rough estimate initially for what I was looking for at the time. He told me to come in the next day. I brought my truck in and we started discussing what I wanted and Reggie was extremely knowledgeable. The initial price was good and because of his knowledge I decided to spend more and get my exhaust completely redone. Left it over the weekend and by first thing Monday morning it was complete. Reggie was quick and efficient and quoted me a reasonable price. Highly Recommend.”

“Went to get an oil change today at the location on Wetmore and Thousand Oaks. The mechanics here are very professional and knowledgeable. Also very friendly and always giving tips on the maintenance on your car. Other oil change places always just focus on making an extra buck and not polite at all. Was going to bring a tire in to replace but lug nut was too warped for my tools to remove so I drove a short distance to the shop. I parked on the side street to let them know the situation beforehand. They said they would take care of it. As I am about to drive in I notice the tire comes off the rim. I go back inside to share the news and they go out to the street to help… man I feel like I need to give them so much more than just a positive Google review. Everyone was so friendly. There is also a cat that roams around who is really cute and likes to be pet.
