“Best Customer Service Ever! I have never been to a place where the worker looks like they enjoy being at work and they are knowledgeable! Amanda has such a smile on her face that is inviting I felt like I was chit chatting with a friend and not a person I have never met. Amanda helped me decide what size storage I would need by telling her that I had just moved from California and had some decorations that I needed to store since I will be using only during the holidays. I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks about renting a storage unit! Amanda definitely deserves a raise or a promotion it so great to have people who genuinely care!”

“I haven't moved in yet but already I have such a positive impression of this place. I signed up online and called the business the next day. I had the very good fortune to speak with Gladys. She is absolutely delightful, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I came in person to fine tune my rental, Gladys had told me she would be at another location when I arrived but she spoke very highly of her co-workers and assured me that they would be every bit as helpful. She was right. I spoke with Rebekah (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was as nice and patient as anyone could ask for. She was very detailed in her instructions and Even demonstrated the locking mechanism and let me try it for myself. When the employees are happy and kind I feel like that speaks of good management and workplace culture. I would recommend this facility highly and compliment the personnel on their handling of the public.”

“We booked it online process was very easy, Went to look at the unit decided we need are larger unit. They switched me over it was pretty easy process. I had to call them a couple of times for different things. My gate code didn't work, so I called they had me a new gate code in a few minutes. The staff on location was friendly and helpful as well. Prices were good. Glad we chose Red Dot Storage”
