This property is amazing and so clean, Vanessa and Lexi were out of this world and went above and beyond, me and my family were moving over the weekend, and they helped me with looking at how big a space we really needed and how many boxes and tapes we needed. “I rented a storage unit online for this Public Storage location, and I called ahead to make sure someone was working in the office to answer my questions. Not only did Dee, the leasing agent, give me better directions to her location than Google Maps, but she was also so patient and helpful. She showed me how to operate the gate, walked me to my storage unit, talked to me about my storage space needs, and she was genuinely invested in making sure I was taken of to the utmost of her ability. Most of all, she was friendly and accommodating, and she walked me through everything smoothly. It’s so hard to find quality customer service these days, but Dee restored my faith in that again. Thank you, Dee, if you see this. I feel like I made a new friend! ??”
“I haven't moved in yet but already I have such a positive impression of this place. I signed up online and called the business the next day. I had the very good fortune to speak with Gladys. She is absolutely delightful, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I came in person to fine tune my rental, Gladys had told me she would be at another location when I arrived but she spoke very highly of her co-workers and assured me that they would be every bit as helpful. She was right. I spoke with Rebekah (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was as nice and patient as anyone could ask for. She was very detailed in her instructions and Even demonstrated the locking mechanism and let me try it for myself. When the employees are happy and kind I feel like that speaks of good management and workplace culture. I would recommend this facility highly and compliment the personnel on their handling of the public.”
“We booked it online process was very easy, Went to look at the unit decided we need are larger unit. They switched me over it was pretty easy process. I had to call them a couple of times for different things. My gate code didn't work, so I called they had me a new gate code in a few minutes. The staff on location was friendly and helpful as well. Prices were good. Glad we chose Red Dot Storage”

“If I can give a 20 out of 10 stars I will This uhaul location in kingwood tx , is the best that I have ever been , great customer service, very professional, Melissa was great, fríendly , professional , she knows her business and went above and beyond to meet our needs , we rented a truck that originally was too small for our move because they didn’t have the size we needed available , we had to make another reservation for another truck in another uhaul location and had to travel another hour to get it , but Melissa made happen and got us the truck we need and save us time and money , we felt so comfortable with the services we were obtaining from her that we ending renting moving pads and bought moving boxes from them because their services were excellent and exceeded our expectations , this uhaul location was our one stop shop for our move !!
