“I have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now! 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves the Kingwood area, but doesn’t want to pay an extremely amount in rent! This community is very quiet, peaceful and VERY safe. It does give a peace of mind also knowing the police station is within walking distance! Close to HEB & Kroger!The traffic is getting worse off west lake and Kingwood drive, but it’s only during business hours. Stacy & Kali are wonderful ladies and always helpful whenever I’ve needed their help.”
“I toured a 3 bedroom with Holly. She was very nice and happy to be able to help. Although the rooms are a bit small, the patio wad HUGE. The kitchen caught my eye as well. Holly also showed me all the amenities. I love the cycling room”
