“I have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now! 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves the Kingwood area, but doesn’t want to pay an extremely amount in rent! This community is very quiet, peaceful and VERY safe. It does give a peace of mind also knowing the police station is within walking distance! Close to HEB & Kroger!The traffic is getting worse off west lake and Kingwood drive, but it’s only during business hours. Stacy & Kali are wonderful ladies and always helpful whenever I’ve needed their help.”

“Yes, the property managers here at this apartment complex are about the most amazing people that I have found who have offered some type of comfort for my situation concerning my cat. My cat is irrelevant because he’s not human, but my cat is my everything just like my girlfriend, just like my management team at my apartment complex, every group aka on fb conncerning my cats health and my apartments comfort I’ve asked for help, guidance, etc. I’ve been kicked to the curb because my cat is irrelevant to some, but not to me and my girlfriend, and not to the apartment management's current people running this establishment. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone if you’re looking for a home. They are about the only decent people that I’ve asked numerous times, and they have given it without question. I wish I could tell my story of how I arrived at this apartment complex, but since my entry challenges have arisen, I have loved every single one of them. I still do, but this hurricane has torn apart my happiness, my partner's happiness, and my cat's health. Thanks, Angelica and your management for the support.

“I absolutely love my apartment. The area is very quiet and location is perfect especially if you love eating out. Jessica was an amazing help when it came to moving in and the minor issues I had. The only thing I can say that I dislike is the parking. It’s the holiday season and these days it’s hard to host anything due to no parking for visitors. After 6pm it’s extremely hard to find visitor parking and when you don’t you basically have to turn your guest away. I’ve noticed that visitors parking is very limited and only in certain buildings so I will see a lot of people that don’t live in my building parking in the spots and walking through the building to the opposite side. I think it would be an amazing idea to allow residents to pay for a reserved parking spot since garages are very limited and allow us to have that spot for residence and/or for their guest or add guest parking in each building other than that everything has been so far so good! ?”

Our leasing consultant Amber has been the nicest and most helpful through this whole process. Answering to what I feel is like thousands of questions, some that I think are dumb questions to ask. She has been very patient and has explained everything in detail. We are excited to be a part of this community and couldn’t be more thankful to how helpful Amber has been.”

“Had a tour here for a two bedroom and my touring experience was filled with polite staff who was very informative not just of the property, but the surrounding area as well. I currently reside in the Spring and moving to a new area and knowing that there is so much within reach was nice. The unit was spacious and has all the details I'm currently looking for and more.”
