“I bought a non working car from here with intentions of me and my son fixing it up. A couple months role by I'm waiting for the title to come in the mail before we get started but there's no title. I call Matt down at Maxdale Auto to voice my concerns and let him know hey man I haven't got the title yet and its been a few months. I'm informed that the paperwork was lost on the dealership end. I'm a pretty understanding guy I know stuff like that happens. So I told him no biggie I think I just wanna refund and bring back the car. Super cool guy had no problems with it. I brought the car back got my money back and he even gave me gas money for the traveling. I was very surprised thats not your typical used car sales man I like the fact he was honest and a straight shooter I like that and even though I had a issue this time with buying that car I normally buy 4 or 5 cars a year and I fix them up and sell them. I will definitely be back.”

“I truely didn't believe that I would be approved for an auto loan. I had already taken a hard hit the day prior, so I thought what the heck. Let's do it. I Made it to performance where Mr. Michael and Mr. Jason (please correct me if wrong name Mr. Finance man lol) worked super hard to get me into something I was comfortable with. The first vehicle, I was antsy about. However, after a few questions about my needs, and finance, they were able to get me into a 2020 vehicle that I absolutely love. I didn't have to think to hard about it and they took the pain out of negotiating. They went to bat for me with the banks and made sure I got a good rate even with my horrible credit. As a single mom who recently had someone vandalize my old vehicle, this really brought back my view of humanity in dealerships, and car salesmen!!! They were so awesome and I hope when I'm ready to make another purchase in a few years, they are still there and able to help me again ( with better credit ).Ohh... and the icing on the cake, they even filled my tank up and had it ready for me to drive off with once I finished signing!!!Get down to performance. You will find some down to earth, funny, and really honest people who do their very best to help you leave satisfied, and above all, happy in a vehicle that you will love to show off! It has ran great so far, definitely not what I really expected. This place falls under the saying dont judge a book by the cover. Edit it's now 2021 we bought this in 2019 and I still have this same vehicle and it still runs great.”

“I try my best to do all of my own maintenance but I am adamant about using REAL Toyota parts. The only way to ensure that's done is ordering from the dealer. I shopped online and found they have some of the lowest prices on parts so I gave them a shot as I would get free shipping over $75.There was a big oops on the order and honestly my frustration wanted to give 1 star BUT mistakes/accidents happen and as a small business owner myself it's not that you make a mistake, it's how you respond to that mistake.I'm BEYOND IMPRESSED with how this dealership handled it. They owned it, paid to ship the oops back to them, refunded me, and called to let me know they refunded me.I took 1 star off for my frustration but honestly I would give them another opportunity because of how well they made it right.You have my respect and although you might not have my business now, I would no doubt give them another opportunity in the future.Y'all have a great day.”

Noticed the same day that it had an oil leak, alignment was off, it was missing a fog light, and that some spots were missed after they had it detailed.BUTDrive 1 was AMAZING and fixed everything that they missed after we bought the vehicle.They paid to have it re-detailed to get all the spots that were missed, they had us take it to the mechanic shop they use to fix the oil leak and fog light (which wasn't actually missing just pushed in, and they fixed it) and they had us take it to the alignment shop they use to get it fixed.Good honest dealership with great prices. They could have just said sorry you bought it that way and they didn't. Definatly recommend you buy here when looking for a vehicle. They even worked with us on our price range to get that vehicle. 100% impressed with this place!!!!”
