“I bought a non working car from here with intentions of me and my son fixing it up. A couple months role by I'm waiting for the title to come in the mail before we get started but there's no title. I call Matt down at Maxdale Auto to voice my concerns and let him know hey man I haven't got the title yet and its been a few months. I'm informed that the paperwork was lost on the dealership end. I'm a pretty understanding guy I know stuff like that happens. So I told him no biggie I think I just wanna refund and bring back the car. Super cool guy had no problems with it. I brought the car back got my money back and he even gave me gas money for the traveling. I was very surprised thats not your typical used car sales man I like the fact he was honest and a straight shooter I like that and even though I had a issue this time with buying that car I normally buy 4 or 5 cars a year and I fix them up and sell them. I will definitely be back.”

“If you are going to make a trip to Advance in Killeen make sure you visit this one on Fort Hood st, NOT the one on the corner of Stan Schlueter and Chantz. Went to that one and gave them the exact part name and number that I was looking for and was told they don't have it at ANY of their stores and can't even order it. BS! Called the Fort Hood st. location and they immediately found the part I was asking for, said they had 2 in stock and even set one aside for me to come pick up.”

“Ya’ll!! These guys are the absolute BEST. The driver’s side headlight went out on my Elantra and the design is SO bad that it is almost impossible to access where to replace the bulb. But, Marlon didn’t give up on it and was able to change the bulb earlier today. I had visited last night but due to the dark and difficult access, Derrick wasn’t able to change it. But, even then he made sure I had the correct bulb and gave me options to get it changed. And, genuinely nice and kind along the way. I went back today with a YouTube video and Marlon was amazing and got me fixed right up. I always go to AutoZone on Clear Creek because they are genuinely helpful and nice. Thank you for helping me today!”
