“I came in earlier for a test to see what’s wrong with my car once I received the report at 5:30 I called an asked could I come pick up the truck he said as long I make it by 6 I UBER to the shop an they were closed at 5:55 I’m currently pregnant an don’t have funds to Uber 3 times in one day to not have my vehicle if they were closing even slightly early he should have said that an I would have gladly waited until morning. Although I was livid he did rectify the situation. An gave me a credit I appreciate that.”

I called prior to going in to see if they could complete my service, and I knew immediately from the call that customer service would be good. When I got to the shop (not having an appt) , I was checked in and given a pretty accurate estimate of the wait time. There are two wait rooms, and the location is in an area where you can explore other local businesses. Upon completion of the service, I was provided with pre and post diagnostics to show the results. I’m very pleased I tried this shop and I’ll certainly be returning for future work. “First time I have used Mayo Autoworks #1.....They have earned my business for life. I brought my daughters car in for an oil and filter change and was greeted with a smile and respect. Everyone was very friendly but also everyone was working their butts off. No one standing around at this place! Not only did they do what I had asked them to, and quickly, they informed me that the cabin air filter was pretty bad....I didn't even know the car had one and it had never been replaced (6 years old). Our family has used them for all of our scheduled and unscheduled tire needs for years and we are never disappointed!I had a flat on the side of the road, called and spoke with Mike V, the manager, and he was able to look up and confirm they had the tires (decoded to replace all 4), the options of tires, ping me their location and confirm he could look up our account since we didnt have our physical card on us. Upon arrival, in a distressed state of mind, he welcomed me kindly and made me feel taken care of. While he is the manager and everyone was approaching him for different things, he was able to multi-task and get me checked in, answer all my questions and made me feel valued. We are military, we are long term customers and both work in roles that require customer service. When I say that Discount Tire is lucky to have this Manager, I mean it! He was kind to all (employees and customers), able to multitask, beyond efficient, knowledgeable and over all a calming factor to a distressed person.I walked out with 4 new tires, new wiper blades and of course the best Tire warranty around for around $1000. Air Conditioner. Power window. I forget what else, but it was a long list -- and I'm sure I spent more on this car than it was worth, but now it runs like a top.
