“All I can say is if you need rental equipment go see Jeremy at this location. We needed a motorcycle trailer on a very short notice and also on a Sunday. Found a U-haul closer to where we were at, but after being told they could help us and a 30 minute wait we found out they didn't have the trailer they thought they did. Because this Berry St. location was closer to our final destination, and the trailer would need to be returned to the same location, I tried here. Jeremy knew right away they did have what we needed and made the reservation, said he would be ready when we got there. Upon arrival, some forty miles later, this little location was very busy. Jeremy again was taking care of multiple lines on two different terminals and still acknowledging everyone coming and going. Because of the wait you could tell there was some frustrations of other customers, but he would also pick up on that a defuse the situation usually just by quick discussion or joke, but it seemed to work. We were also ill-prepared for the rental but Jeremy took the time to make sure we had what we needed and helped us again with the correct ball size. He took care of everyone waiting and got us underway in pretty good time. We were able to use and return in the same day and this same guy was there with the same demeanor, jokes and can do attitude even though they were busy and trying to close for the day. Really appreciate this guy, the experience and highly recommend them for your moving needs.”

I was returning a few left over unused boxes and a furniture pad from my long move from Corpus Christi, and they both went above and beyond to settle the account. After dealing with a nightmare location a few hours early (see other uhual review) it was a pleasant experience to deal with someone who was calm knowledgeable and nice. Oscar got us checked in and out in no time , he provided professionalism, and respect with great efficiency. I read the reviews and can advised I didn't have the issues other had and I had a fantastic experience.”

“The only problem we had was when the delivery guy called, his phone number came up as a private number. My phone doesn't accept private numbers. Fortunately, we were home and were able to catch him before he left.”

“Eddie and Jeremy are good folks and hard workers. I had an issue and Eddie the owner came to my house an hour away and got me set up and taken care of and they were closed. I can't ask for better customer service. Thanks Eddie.”
