“This is one of the largest UHaul's I've seen. It has climate controlled storage units; they can install tow hitches; they sell propane, and have a large selection of packing products. One stop shopping if you are moving. My only complaint was that I found the service lacking when I was there. I was there around noon and there was one person working in the store he was having an issue with a customer order and had to take a long time to help her, my issue was that there were others in and around the property who knew he was having difficulties but none came to help service the other customers who were waiting in line for various reasons. I just needed a small box. I ended up just leaving a dollar and some change on the counter and leaving. I hope that's not indicative of their service. I will give them another chance when I need their services again.”

“All I can say is if you need rental equipment go see Jeremy at this location. We needed a motorcycle trailer on a very short notice and also on a Sunday. Found a U-haul closer to where we were at, but after being told they could help us and a 30 minute wait we found out they didn't have the trailer they thought they did. Because this Berry St. location was closer to our final destination, and the trailer would need to be returned to the same location, I tried here. Jeremy knew right away they did have what we needed and made the reservation, said he would be ready when we got there. Upon arrival, some forty miles later, this little location was very busy. Jeremy again was taking care of multiple lines on two different terminals and still acknowledging everyone coming and going. Because of the wait you could tell there was some frustrations of other customers, but he would also pick up on that a defuse the situation usually just by quick discussion or joke, but it seemed to work. We were also ill-prepared for the rental but Jeremy took the time to make sure we had what we needed and helped us again with the correct ball size. He took care of everyone waiting and got us underway in pretty good time. We were able to use and return in the same day and this same guy was there with the same demeanor, jokes and can do attitude even though they were busy and trying to close for the day. Really appreciate this guy, the experience and highly recommend them for your moving needs.”
