“Excellent storage facility. Very clean, literally spotless. Love that it’s indoors and climate controlled. Jacob and Kelly are excellent, ALWAYS got me sorted out. Even their website is easy to use. The only thing I can say is just be mindful of their gate hours. You’re not able to access storage after 10:15pm. I don’t see it being a problem unless you’re trying to stay out of the sun and doing a late- in the day move.”

“The front desk person was very helpful but the doors on the unit need tobe oiled and adjusted as they are hard to raise. It wouldnt hurt for them to spray the doors down alot of dirt when raising the doors it fell in my eyes a few times”

We reached out to Compass and Luke and Arianna were professional and super helpful. We reached out in the morning and they had no truck available, but reached out to us later on the day to let us know that they had a truck available. They saved us a major headache. “I was skeptical initially that any moving company can have so many 5-star reviews but Berger Allied proved it.Ena, our move coordinator was very responsive and the packing crew and our driver Francisco all lived up to The Careful Movers motto. I’ve done three cross-country moves and this company was by far the most professional and had no breakage.The packing service was efficient and effective with a crew of four who took four hours to pack 72 boxes. We did segregate our stay and go items beforehand, which was recommended by the move coordinator and was a very good idea, as anything that wasn’t nailed down got packed!The driver brought two helpers and got everything disassembled and packed carefully on the truck in 5 hours. In all we had about 280 items on the list. Everything was carefully described on the inventory with high value items clearly marked. The driver kept me updated as to timing of delivery and met his promised time.On delivery day the driver rented a smaller truck to shuttle items to our house because there wasn’t enough space for the 53-foot trailer to fit. I appreciated that he took complete ownership of the process and didn’t simply hand it off to the local affiliate at destination, which is what happened with our previous moves. The driver and his assistant brought everything into the house and reassembled all the furniture in about 6 hours. We checked off all 280-odd items and double checked for missing items, and everything made it in good condition. Furniture was reassembled with care and skill. Even my glass cabinet from IKEA made it with no damage! The driver had all the right tools for the job.Although I hope not to have to make another move anytime soon, I am confident that Berger Allied would do a great job and I can heartily recommend them to others.”
