“Had my alternator and battery replaced back in March. Today my battery died while at work. Had a ton of meetings that I couldn’t miss so I jumped it and headed straight to Metro around lunchtime. Told them the issue and that I really needed the battery replaced asap. Without hesitation, they told me it would be 45 minutes. Reality, it was about 20 minutes. They apologized for the defective battery and sent me on my way. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and they’ve never failed. Besides the outstanding service, this team is very honest. “The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. I was told is would be 20-30 before they would get to my vehicle inspection but they were even faster than predicted. The attendant was very thorough in explaining everything and even gave me a referral to where to go get my registration completed.
