“The team at Service Plus is always top of the line for me. Jen the office manager there is always holding it down, she gathers as much details as possible for the mechanics. The mechanics make common sense suggestions and don’t try to guilt trip you when you tell em next time for a suggestion. The team here is willing to work with you on justified issues or errors. Great place! The price may be a bit high sometimes for repairs but I’d rather these guys than a dealership trying to wrack up repairs for extra money.”

“This has been a good experience getting our transmission fluid, differential oils. Engine oil and radiator flushes done here. There's usually someone here that can help troubleshoot problems they see coming up...today I learned that my exhaust gasket is leaky...that there are universal catalytic converters on the truck..and they should be attached again w proper gaskets.. pricing is usually fair , a little on the higher side but they are friendly . .that takes the sting out of the bill...”

While waiting a local came up with their bicycle and needed help with their front tire and they helped him right away. A nice community small business.”

“I love Reyes Auto Service they replace my motor and it only took them 5 days to replace it they did a magnificent job and they do do motors tune-ups and anything else you need air conditioning service I've had it all done at Reyes and my car is running beautifully I thank them for all of the good work they done and if you ever need any work done suggest you take it to their place you going to get everything you're looking for and more”

“I'm new to the area, had a doctors appointment at 9am called Mr. Jake at 8:38 am he gave me a quote for oil change I drove right in got serviced and left within 10 mins while help another customer at the same time! The top it all off he filled the wiper fluid and made sure the tire pressure lights weren't on! I'm more that satisfied and will for sure return for all the automotive needs!”

“The technicians who performed the services on my car were wonderful and very helpful and friendly when determining what services I needed.The manager however was pretty cold and not friendly. He did not greet me or make eye contact when I walked in, nor with any other customers that came in while I was there. He sat behind the counter loudly complaining to employees about upper management and how hard his job is and how it takes him 2 hours just to make his schedule.He answered questions through the other employees rather than to my face, even though I was standing right there.He also told the technician checking me out i couldn't use multiple coupons even tho on the website it states you just can't use more than one for the *same* service. I had two different services performed the day I went.I will probably try a different service center for my next oil change.”

At 2:06pm that day a District Manager called and told me they were going to replace the pads and rotors at no cost at one the other locations they manage. I took my car in the next day and 2 hours later they were done installing new pads and rotors and my brakes don't squeak anymore. They really took care of my problem promptly after I wrote my review on October 11th.Thank You!”

Initially it’s because they charged a fair price and was able to get me squeezed into their busy schedule. Now I will be a returning customer because the quality of service was superb and fast.
